Single Spindle Rotary Abrader System with LV-1 SWAM Blaster

SWAM-BLAST Model XV-1 Micro Swam Blaster (Xtream™ Volume) is best for operating in production lines and in the SWAM® Automated Systems. The XV-1 features independently adjustable powder flow control and air pressure regulation for total process control, an hour meter for SPC monitoring and a leak detection system for the pinch valve assemblies. It has a separate mixing powder tank for a consistent powder feed rate from a full tank to an empty tank.

The Model XV-1 is similar to LV-1. XV-1 is more suitable for applications that require heaviest output requirements.

For the Model XV-1, the optimum nozzle range is 0.032” up to 0.090”.
